Gentle Yoga

Suitable for: All abilities

This yoga class is inspired by the Dru yoga style and classical Hatha yoga tradition. Ensuring that students gain a rounded practice that is holistic and meditative. Including directed breathing and visualisation, postures/ flowing sequences and deep relaxation. Classes are suitable for all abilities.

Claire’s teaching style is kind and nurturing, she firmly believes that yoga is for everyone, all ages, all abilities. She supports her students with warmth and empathy within a safe and caring environment so that they are able to develop their own unique path and understanding of yoga in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

Additional training – CPD courses with Christiane Kerr including Yoga for Teens and Mindfulness and Meditation for Children as well as an Adult Teacher Training: 200 hour International Yoga Alliance with Dru Yoga. DBS checked.
