The Garage Studio offers a range of yoga classes to suit all ages, abilities and style. Choose wisely and enjoy! Please note, we leave plenty of room between mats for you to express yourself.

  • Dynamic Yoga

    Dynamic (but not competitive) Yoga. Murielle draws from her extensive knowledge of the body and her years of experience to create a physical class that focuses on good technique while still maintaining the flow.

    Cath teaches the Iyengar yoga method in a small and friendly beginners class where students are carefully guided through a wide range of introductory poses.

  • Gentle Yoga

    This yoga class is inspired by the Dru yoga style and classical Hatha yoga tradition. Ensuring that students gain a rounded practice that is holistic and meditative.

    The yoga classes are fun, suitable for all abilities and include age – appropriate yoga postures/sequences, breathing, mindfulness/meditation exercises and deep relaxation.

    This class is an essential preparation for giving birth. The yoga postures are very similar to those you will instinctively adopt when giving birth and they provide a welcome wellbeing during pregnancy.
