Deep Release and Relaxation Yoga
A restorative practice that involves massaging trigger points and holding comfortable poses for up to 5 minutes to release fascia (the body web of connective tissues), observing the breath to clear the mind and relieve stress, to leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and energised. A very good complement to a busy lifestyle and an ideal start to the week-end! No yoga experience needed.
- "Thanks for putting on the class last night - I enjoyed it and found it really interesting, a good way to reboot my mind after a busy week. However, it was this morning that I have felt the most benefit, with none of the niggles, aches and stiffness that I usually wake up with. My shoulders and hip flexors in particular have really benefitted from the opening work, and that feeling has lasted for the day (so far)."

- "Floated on air home and all felt great on Saturday. What a lovely start to the weekend."
