Deep Release and Relaxation Yoga
The Relaxation Yoga Class is a mindful practice that involves body rolling (massaging with soft roller and balls), holding comfortable Yin Yoga poses and breathing practices to relieve stress, rejuvenate and energise.
The Relaxation Yoga class brings health benefits to every system of the body, respiratory, circulatory, endocrine, musculo-skeletal… by hydrating fascia -the web of connective tissues your body relies upon for communication, movement and nourishment, by improving sensory awareness and reseting your neural system to boost body’s natural healing mechanisms.
A very good complement to a busy lifestyle and an ideal start to the week-end! No yoga experience needed.
The Garage Studio serving Barnes, East Sheen and Mortlake, provides all equipment needed for the Relaxation Yoga class. Just wear warm comfortable clothing.

About your teacher
Murielle was introduced to Yoga in 1996, loved the playfulness of yoga postures and the wisdom of the philosophy, and never looked back. She has practiced various yoga styles throughout the years including Ashtanga in the 90’s, Scaravelli, Iyengar (qualified in 2006) and Vinyasa, her favourite style for its flow and creativity. She also trained as a pranayama (breathing and energy work) teacher with Philip Xerry.
