As your body changes to house your growing baby, we show you new the best exercises to support your pelvis, core and hips at this time.
Tuesday: 1.15pm (1hr)
Preparing your body and mind for birth through movement, release and breath work, in a caring and supportive environment.
Tuesday: 7.30pm (1hr)
Regain the stability lost in pregnancy, giving you the core and upper body strength needed for the demands of being a mum.
Tuesday: 12pm (1hr)
Description: The Pregnancy Pilates class provides a supporting environment to address the postural and physiological changes happening during pregnancy, giving you mum fitness, body confidence and strength you need for a healthy pregnancy. The baby and you grow together safely.
Staying active during pregnancy is a good preparation for labour and helps with recovery after giving birth.

Natalie’s Yoga Birth class prepares women body and mind to have a straightforward birth. 80% of attendees have natural, healthy, positive birth experiences which is way above the 30% national average.

During pregnancy, the body produces Relaxin, the hormone responsible for widening the pelvis to allow your baby to grow. As a result, all joints become loose and unstable during pregnancy. Relaxin takes few months to leave the body after giving birth. During this time, the body is unstable. The mums and babies Pilates class will help you bring your body back in shape with precise progressive challenging work, rebalancing your frame taking care of your joints and strengthening your body safely so you can take care of your baby with confidence.
