The classes are held in our Pilates mat classes Studio, wall bars and small equipment -weights, wobble boards, resistance bands, roller… are available.
Pilates exercises, stretches and movements aim to rebalance strength in the body, increase range of movement, improve circulation, teaching you how to move and perform exercises effectively and safely.
Expect a good balance of mobility, flexibility and strength leaving you feeling energised, rejuvenated and free of unnecessary tension. A great complement to any sporting activities!
